I’m Carolina Koutras, and I build solutions at the intersection of science, health technology, and public impact.

Over the years, I’ve worked across startups, government, and academia - designing and implementing strategic programs in highly matrixed, geographically diverse environments, and advancing high-visibility partnerships and commercialization efforts in North America and globally. I currently lead a team focused on building systems that turn complex health and environmental data into public good across northern Canada.

I hold a PhD in molecular biology and have been fortunate to live in five countries, learning from different cultures and ways of thinking. I stay active through advisory committees, research, and mentorship. Outside of work, you’ll find me hiking, traveling, or in the conformation dog show world.
